Whilst shipping times vary, we endeavour to have your order to you as soon as possible to ensure you are not only happy with your products but also happy with our service.
In general you can expect to receive your merchandise order if ready for despatch within 1 – 2 weeks depending on which products you purchase. Please understand that the majority of our items are custom made to order meaning we require a small amount of time to handcraft and design your goods, this work is completed in Italy by the expertise.
Some items require artwork approval from the buyer which means we cannot calculate delivery times until everything is approved and your items are complete.
Physical goods will in most cases be delivered by Australia Post or other reputable courier companies. Please track your order using the link to Australia Post which you will receive when your order is complete and has been posted. Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly as we are not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of All Scope, please see below.
Digital goods are downloaded instantly. If you have any technical problems downloading any of our files, please contact us via email so we can assist you.
Refund Policy
All Scope (Castellani Australia) handles returns and refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
In general All Scope (Castellani Australia) will provide a refund or exchange on items deemed faulty or damaged in the manufacturing process. If an item has been damaged in the shipping process please contact Australia Post directly or the appropriate courier company.
Physical items that are personalised are not exchangeable unless deemed faulty or damaged in the manufacturing process. All Scope has a number of products that are downloadable from the internet and due to the virtual nature of these products we are unable to provide a refund once purchased. This includes Gift Vouchers.
If you wish to return your order, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased.
Return shipping costs will be at your expense. Unopened goods will be refunded minus a restocking fee of $5.00 of the purchase price paid. Bank fees will not be refunded. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment.
Terms and conditions
The following general terms and conditions of sale (hereafter “T&C”) apply to all sales contracts between All Scope Firearms and Accessories, a company established and regulated by Australian Security Investments Commission, which manages this website and the customer whose residence can be located in any country where this website is or will be active.
The Customer must carefully read these Terms and Conditions before placing a purchase order on this website since the purchase orders for items placed on this website are subject to the T&C. The Customer, with the acceptance of these T&C, agrees and declares to be a consumer and to buy the All Scope products inclusive but not limited to Perazzi, Castellani, Bulldog, and Pilla items exclusively for personal use and not to resell them as part of a commercial or business activity, of any nature. In order to safeguard its legitimate rights and interests inherent in the trademarks and associated with the consolidated goodwill value of All Scope, this reserves the right and will be free to reduce the quantity of All Scope items that can be purchased on this website.
Orders placed by the Customer will be binding on All Scope only after acceptance by All Scope and further confirmation that All Scope will send to the Customer by e-mail. All Scope may at its discretion refuse an order or decide whether to accept in whole or in part any changes requested by the Customer, provided that these requests are received by All Scope before packing the selected items.
If one or more items in the Customer’s order are not available (not only temporarily), All Scope will have no obligation to supply; in this case All Scope will notify the Customer of the non-availability of the ordered item and will not charge any related amount already reserved as the price of the item in question, the reserved amount will be made available in accordance with normal banking rules.
The sales agreement between All Scope and the Customer will be considered completed with the written confirmation of the order which must be sent to the Customer by e-mail from All Scope.
The price of the items will always be invoiced in Australian Dollars. All Scope will do its best to always ensure that the prices indicated on the website are correct and updated. Shipping and delivery costs will be charged to the customer at the time of purchase of the ordered item, based on the shipping rates enforced in the relevant section of the website.
The delivery of the items purchased by the Customer will be made to the indicated delivery address, incorrect details provided are not the responsibility of All Scope and will not be subjected to error of delivery. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the location of the customer, with a maximum delivery period confirmed at time of ordering. in the event that the delivery is delayed for reasons beyond the reasonable control of All Scope the Customer will be notified of the new delivery date.
Payment will be made by the customer when ordering by credit card or in the other ways indicated in the relevant section of the website.
All Scope has the right, at its discretion, to refuse, suspend or cancel the delivery or fulfilment of any of the obligations deriving from the sales contract signed with the Customer in the event of a substantial breach by the Customer of the obligations which derive from previous or ongoing sales contracts signed with All Scope.
The Customer may return the items purchased by completing the form online at www.allscopefirearms.com.au, without being charged any penalty, within seven (7) calendar days from the day of receipt by the Customer of the items in question. Following the return of the items to All Scope, the sales contract will be deemed cancelled in all respects and all the related obligations, rights or claims will also expire, without prejudice to the fact that if the items returned to All Scope are damaged, All Scope will have the right to withhold the payment of the items already made by the customer. As per legislation, personalised and tailor-made goods for the customer are excluded from the right of withdrawal (for example, vest with personalised back).
Before returning the items back to All Scope, the Customer must complete the form located on the web page.
The items must be shipped to All Scope, PO Box 17 Welshpool WA 6986 at the risk and expense of the customer, with a single shipment by courier or registered mail within seven (7) calendar days from the date of receipt of the items by of the customer.
In addition to what is stated in the terms and procedures above, the customer’s right to return will be considered exercised correctly when the following conditions have been met:
- the items that are returned must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged;
- the product identification tag must still be attached to the article together with the guarantee seal;
- the items must be returned in the original packaging, with any accessories or instruction manuals;
- on the outside of the box containing the returns, the label that detaches from the original invoice (or from the relative invoices in case the returns are part of different purchase orders) must be pasted.
Upon receipt of returns, All Scope will verify compliance with the above procedure and timely compliance with all the conditions of the case. As soon as it is able to confirm that the envisaged conditions have been met, All Scope will send the Customer an e-mail message confirming the acceptance of the return and the start of the refund procedure so that the Customer receives the refund of the amount paid for returns within the following thirty (30) working days, regardless of the payment method previously adopted by the Customer. The refund of the amounts paid by the Customer will always be made exclusively in favour of the Customer who made the payment and directly on the credit card account used for the purchase. All refunds due to non-faulty products will incur a $10.00 restocking fee, bank fees will not be included in the refund.
In the event that the above conditions have not been respected, All Scope will send the reasons for the refusal to the customer via e-mail, the Customer will not be entitled to a refund of the amount paid to All Scope; however, the Customer will have the right, at his own risk and expense, to have the item sent back, it being understood that if the Customer does not request to have the item returned, All Scope will have the right to keep it together with the amount received in relation to the transaction.
Without prejudice to what is stated in point below, the Customer will be entitled to a warranty covering defects of castellani clothing and apparel items purchased on the site www.allscopefirearms.com.au for 6 months from delivery, provided that the defect is reported to All Scope within 1 (one) month since it was found. Any request received after this time will not have any effect. Without prejudice to the following conditions, the Customer will have the right to obtain a percentage of a refund of the amount paid for defective items. All Pilla products purchased and are found to have concerns with product integrity go through the third party process of warranty and repair and is not the responsibility of All Scope to advise any adverse condition or product issue.
Firearms will only be sold in direct accordance with State and Territory Acts and Regulations, the appropriate amount of identification will be required to be presented as per the process of purchasing and must be provided on request, within 2 business days of prucahsing online. A deposit of no less than 50% will be required for all custom ordered Perazzi and Caesar Guerini purchases, amount requested at the discretion of All Scope.
Before sending defective items back to All Scope, the Customer is required to email [email protected] to request authorisation to proceed with the return of the defective item.
Once the defective item has been received, once it has been ascertained that the item does not meet the quality standards, All Scope will send the Customer an e-mail message confirming acceptance of the defective item and start the refund procedure in favour of the Customer of the price paid for the defective item which must be completed within thirty (60) working days, regardless of the payment methods adopted by the Customer previously. The amounts paid will be refunded exclusively to the customer who made the payment. On the contrary, when All Scope does not accept the defect as a manifestation of insufficient quality, a written communication via e-mail will be sent to the customer,
